Abdullahi Osanga the  top gun of Nasarawa Utd has lamented the unheralded exit of their erstwhile coach Bala Nikyu, but has wished him well in his future endavours.

Speaking exclusively to Instant Africa. Sports Osanga revealed that although. Nikyu chose to resign his appointment via the media and not formerly, they have no option than to accept it in good faith
His words, “It was shocking to hear the resignation of coach Nikyu through the media, but
courtesy demands that we should’ve been formerly informed if he chose to leave his duty post.
“We believe they are better ways to part relationship other than what Nikyu did, We wish him good luck

“We believe there are better ways to part company other than through rancours because football fraternity revolves
“Whatever happened is in the past and could be seen as one of the hazards of the game”

“Above all, we wish Nikyu the best of luck in his next endeavours as we shall continue to appreciate his contributions to the club”.Osanga noted

It will be recalled that the former two times coach of the Lafia based NPFL club side was attacked by his own fans after they got a 1-1 draw against the table topper, Plateau United of Jos in the week four game of the ongoing season of the league.

You may also wish to recall that former National team’s coach, Nikyu refused to follow the team to their week five game away to Akwa United over the weekend where they got their first away point, but resigned shortly after the game via a press briefing.
